This is in regards to my experience with Amber. The representative reached out with a request from another client to change our lunch location. I didn't have an issue with this, but was happy I was notified, and made a point of letting the service agent know I had an allergy, as that would be my main restraint regarding future restaurant choices.

Amber is great at providing excellent customer service. Whenever I’ve had to reach out to her she is very quick to get back to me. She is always upbeat and positive. Such a pleasure to have her as my rep.

In simple terms, it was the match. After a year of the service, I met someone I connected with, and we are currently getting to know one another, which, in the end, is the entire point of the service.

The team at IJL is award winning! Camille, Taylor and Virginia are amazing to work with. They have a thorough vetting process that is fun and engaging; they listen to your likes and dislikes, your hopes and ambitions! All while being friendly and present for the call. Post date discussions are even more fun as work is done to “fine tune” the experience and find that soul mate. Coaching comes into play as well as I had specific questions regarding venue or clothing recommendations. Solid on all accords. You can trust this team to bring it all together!

My matchmaker Kaya hit the ball out of the park. She spent quality time getting to know me and focused in on the personality trait that I indicated were the most important for a potential match. Kaya waved her magic wand and arranged a date for me. My match had so much in common with me. We laughed and talked during our lunch date and did not want the date to end. And it hasn’t we have been talking for hours everyday since!
