So you know we ran into some major shortages in early december, but those issues have since been resolved, according to our records all outstanding orders from November and December have officially been shipped and should arrive within the next 5 business days at most. Hello Angie, We are truly sorry to hear about this horrible experience; ItsJuliet.com changed owners in Late August of 2022, and unfortunately yours is not the only order we've heard about that was never fulfilled by the previous owner.
