I love buying on the internet, and itmustbetime.com was a great experience. My watch was shipped fast and sealed with warranty just like I had bought it from the store. Got confermation and tracking numbers right away in my email. I will continue to use this great company after this experience.

I was looking for a Hamilton X-02. I found one at itmustbetime.com. The one they had in stock was sold, but I had already paid for the watch. I had to wait 3 weeks, but they found me one and sent it to me, with free shipping. They are trustworthy and I would do business with them again, and I must mention they had the best price!

The watch was shipped to me 3 days after I ordered it. It came fully sealed with a 2 year warranty. The reps over the phone were very patient with me. I called them about 8 times asking different questions. Don't normally buy watches and for this reason I wanted to be extra certain about my purchase. Thanks for the great service!

I worked in the luxury timepiece industry & have a good knowledge of available designs & prices both wholesale, employee discount & retail. itmustbetime.com's selection (especially upon request) is limitless, & their prices absolutely beat retail, even nearing employee discount costs, barely over wholesale. Not to mention the wonderful, attentive customer service. I bought an IWC Pilot for my boyfriend that he loved so much, we also came back 2 weeks later & ordered a Portuguese for his Dad's Father's Day gift. When I choose my own next watch, I won't buy it from anyone else.

I purchased a Hamilton Khaki Mechanical watch from Itmustbetime.com for $50-$70 less than any other vendor, and it was shipped to me in perfect condition within 3 business days! Great experience with this online store. No complaints. Will not think twice about purchasing from them again. Thank you!

I have been looking to purchase the Luminox SR-71 Blackbird watch for my boyfriend for some time now but have not been able to find a deal like this one. I am so happy I found this site! The customer service rep I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase a quality watch at a lower price.
