www.itmustbetime.comReviews of itmustbetime.com

I purchased a Rolex watch for my wife's birthday last week and wanted to share my experience with the public. Itmustbetime.com was able to get me the watch in two days. The also had it engraved for me. The price of my watch was excellent. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I will be back for Christmas.

Hello, This was my first order with itmustbetime.com and I have to say I will be a customer for life now. Bobby handled my order with care and you are treated on a human one on one level and not a number. itmustbetime.com also had the lowest price any where local or on the net. Thank You again Bobby and itmustbetime.com Sincerely, Steve

I communicated a lot with Bobby because I was not sure if a watch would arrive with silver or black hands. Bobby investigated this with his distributor, and I was assured it would arrive with silver hands. I ordered the watch based on a promise of full refund if it arrived with black hands. My Movado watch arrived with silver hands at a price lower than anywhere else on the internet for a new watch. Very happy.

They sold out of what I wanted, he called me right away and way very quick and efficient about it.

I, like most people, am a little wary of ordering certain products on-line. I took a leap of faith and ordered a Tissot Sea Touch. The product came in excellent condition (new), as advertised. It also arrived 1 week from the order date, which is very timely. I will do business with this site again. Also, the customer service rep, Bobby, is very prompt to answer inquires,

I was looking for a discontinued model of a Citizen watch that is very hard to find. I tried to order it from two other websites only to have my orders canceled because the item was no longer in stock. I called It Must Be Time and Bobby checked to make sure the correct watch was available and called me back when he found it. He shipped it quickly and it arrived well-packed to protect it from damage and with signature confirmation to make sure it wasn't stolen. The price I paid was approximately $100 less than the manufacturer's retail price. The service was excellent, I am very happy with the watch and I will buy from them again next time I need a watch.

I was looking for a particular Hamilton watch for a long time, and many online retailers would show the watch as in stock, only for me to find out 2 weeks after placing the order that they don't have the watch. I decided to get the same model in a different color and Itmustbetime had the best price for the watch. Itmustbetime was great because I called the phone number on their website and their employee Bobby helped check for me whether the watch was in stock or could be ordered from a distributor. He also gave me a discount for liking their facebook page. I received my watch within a week and could not be happier. Thank you Bobby and Itmustbetime!

Purchased a watch at Macy's and had to talk the sales person into giving me some kind of discount. Went home and found the same watch at itmustbetime.com for $200 cheaper!! Ordered it immediately and returned my purchase to Macy's. Bobby sent me an email and called me the next day to confirm the order and let me know that the particular piece was on back order until after Jan 1st. To my surprise, he called me again a week later to let me know he had it and would ship immediately. I received the watch 3 days before Christmas, as this was a gift for my father. It brought tears to his eyes this morning and would not have been possible without the help and diligence of Bobby! I will certainly visit this site first next time I am in the market for a new piece. Highly recommended and great customer service.
