Fraud This company is a fraud. They lied and said my package was delivered twice. You have to be buzzed into my complex and they never did. They give false tracking but never can tell who the carrier is delivering. They never refunded my money, just a generated message of issues and be patient as it takes 15-25 days. It’s been over 90 days. Here I am dealing with an order placed back in February and here it is August and I have no merchandise and no refund. They need to be shut down immediately!!

I have been waiting for a $75 refund and all I get is a generic computer message I want someone held accountable or this place closed down

Don't believe this company got a 3 star...it should be a negative 3. They stole $22 from me. Kept saying they were going to refund but never did. They will get theirs every single person behind Itinerade...sorry for those that loss more then me.

I have never received my order from Itinerade.com & I’ve reached out through email several times. I asked for a refund & haven’t gotten that either.

I placed an order back in February it's now April. When I tried to track my order its saying no order was placed! You have to call a spade a spade... and a scammer a scammer!!!

This is the worst company ever. They claimed to have sent my order that I never got and then claimed to have sent it a second time to replace the first one I never got. I never got the second one either. I have been waiting for over a month for a refund that never posted. When I finally did my research on this company it turns out that they are a scam and these reviews that talks good about the company are fake.

Placed 2 orders, received tracking number. Received a small package in my mailbox 35 days later. The package is some type of fake bubble gum machine ring. Second has same tracking number saying that it’s been delivered. The is definitely a scam. This post will not allow me to post a picture.

I placed an order on January 16,2024 I got an email saying that my order has shipped and I could track, one month later I still did not receive the order so contact them and told them that the order says delivered on a Sunday but I did not receive the order and I was home all day that day too but no one delivered anything. They apologized and said they would reshipped the order again. Today is March 5th and it was 12:05pm my time when I check the 2nd tracking number and it said again delivered at 03/05/2024 at 18:41. This site is definitely a SCAM. Now I am waiting on their response because I want my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are SCAMMERS
