a lot of bugs - and no refund
i purchased the gold version of itheme's backup plugin backupbuddy, according to their website everything is easy to set up. - however this is not the case. i have almost 20 years of web development experience, and tried the backup plugin on 3 different wordpress sites, in all cases, there was alot of problems, and i had to contact the costumer service. i finally gave up, and found another plugin that worked out of the box. - ithemes refused to give me a refund...
