I would give zero stars if I could. The company sent me near expired product, and a sample-sized brush soap was $20. I paid the shipping to return the junk. They do not even provide a shipping label. I will never do business with them again.

My order did not arrive when promised. Updates were not accurate. When I said I would report to my charge company they managed to get the shipment to me in two days. The chat feature did not work. When I tried to login in to my account I was not able to and used the "forgot password" feature and that did not work. I have emailed customer service twice and no response. I have never experienced customer service that is this bad. I use I few of their products but I am going to switch to another cosmetics company. IT is not worth the aggravation! 10/05/26 Update: They still have not done a password reset. I will never order online from IT Cosmetics again.

One of the products I bought is absolutely horrible. First of all, it was unclear that it is actually a sunblock, not a makeup foundation. It's like putting white paste on your face. I went to see the return policy and it claims that they offer free returns, however, when you go to the return section, and you go to print a label, you are charged eight dollars for the label. How does that qualify as a free return? I am very, very disappointed in this company and their product.

I bought 2 CC cream Nude Glow and 1 was defective(completely liquid) the other was the wrong color. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did not exchange not refund my money.

I was double billed by a reoccurring order which I never set up, and when challenged about it, they want me to pay to send the product back, when it was their fault. Customer service is TERRIBLE !! Don’t risk losing your money to these people.

Why do your commercials come at full volume? It's extremely irritating. I have to trun down the volume every time. Knock it off.

Horrible customer service. Do not order from the it cosmetics website. Lost orders and when prompted to initiate a lost package claim, the call disconnects. Finally got through when I pressed to place an order. 2 weeks and I’m told the package is in transit somewhere. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. Out $50.

I ordered several items during recent holiday sale period and one of those items was Confidence in Your BEAUTY SLEEP serum. The serum had obviously partially opened in shipping and spilled over the packaging, contained ascorbic acid which is vitamin c, which had oxidized and turned orange and had a horrible smell. Rather than write a negative public review I contacted the company and advised them that this 1 product arrived in unacceptable condition. I have not received any response from the company. I have used the IT CC cream and other products years ago before the company was acquired by L’Oreal and was impressed with the customer service. It is no longer the same company, there is no customer service except to process orders and the satisfaction guarantee is worthless. I will no longer be buying products from this company.
