I was looking for a special suit. I wanted to replicate the suit worn by Christopher Plummer in the movie Sound of Music, based on the true story of the Von Trapp Family. In the movie, the "Captain" wears some very nice looking European suits. For 50 years I've admired those suits! So I contacted ITailor, and they duplicated that suit! Using similar fabrics, they made that gorgeous suit! I get people coming up to me asking where did I get that! :) I tell them ITailor is the only place, and the best place! From the first, I received personal attention, and strict care and detailed attention. The experience was amazing in every respect! Thank you ITailor! I feel like a Captain! And nobody is telling me to write this review! I love ITailor!

This was my second time at this event, with the same well organized tailor and with excellent recommendations for my sons and me. The after sale support was directly and pretty fast. I have known this company for a decade. They had another name but I had purchased 5 blazers/sport jackets from them (all online)with very good results. Today, I finally met their representative in Orlando during a Trunk Show. I had the pleasure of meeting Colter and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. It's great to know that companies and people like this still exist. I have no doubt that my order will be exactly what I wanted.

Appointment professionally done. They continued to work with me until I had a suit that fit perfectly. I will be buying again.

Even though it was actually way too busy during the Trunk show appointment, I was impressed with the professional measuring, several photos were taken just to be sure. There was an extensive selection of beautiful fabrics, buttons and threads. This time I chose a a black fabric with personalized text in the bottom of the collar. Unfortunately, when the suit arrived to me, there was a mistake with the personal text and the bottom of the pants were not quite to my liking. I had taken pictures of the collar and of the pants. Within 2 days I received a message apologizing and that iTialor Gold would redo the entire suit. A very nice offer. This week I received the remade suit. Gorgeous it is. Beautiful stitching used to secure the lining. The right personalized text and nice pants. If there is another Trunkshow near me this year I will definitely go for another suit. I also read that shirts can be ordered. Unfortunately, due to the huge rush in the cramped hotel room, I didn't get around to it. Next time I'm going to ask for a more personal time slot:-). But for the quality and not least the great service I give this company a big 10!
