Ordered directly from UFO Plast to Canada. I paid US$49.99 for Canadian shipping, and the checkout specifically stated “duties included.” After delivery through UPS, I was charged an additional CA$111.14, including CA$77.65 in UPS brokerage fees. UFO Plast later explained that they consider the brokerage fee my responsibility, despite the checkout wording stating duties were included. I understand Canadian taxes may be the customer’s responsibility, but the additional courier fees were not clear to me when I placed the order. Very disappointing experience with the shipping arrangement and the lack of clarity at checkout.

I ordered a Plastics kit for my 2014 KX250F and was really disappointed with the experience. The plastic arrived with a noticeable crack right out of the box. I contacted support expecting them to help replace the damaged piece, but instead I just got bounced back and forth through emails with no real solution. After all of that, they basically told me there was nothing they were willing to do about it. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. I definitely expected better for the price. Do not waste your money here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT BUY FROM UFO!!!! Item did not arrive for over a month when it finally did arrive it arrived incorrect half the plastics fit half of them don’t and they just don’t respond No care for there customers 4 weeks to deliver a “2-3 day” delivery No response to messages Empty promises

The customer service is very poor they dont actually read your messages and just give you generic replies with no real solutions to your issue. The color is not a good match with oem as far as my 2023 te300 is concerned. I will end up just tossing the plastic I ordered it costs to much to return it. I will not ever give them any more of my business. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Terrible customer service. Do not reply to messages and if the do it’s 2 weeks later without the info you have requested. Very poor company.
