Please contact support if the regular delivery time frame has been exceeded and your reward request is still processing. It is STUCK in your system. Please SEND TO THE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT TO REVIEW AS TO WHY IT IS STUCK IN THE SYSTEM. I DON'T ACCEPT IT WILL RELEASE WITHIN TIME. FIX IT!!! IT HAS BEEN OVER 40 DAYS. .... ARE YOU PEOPLE WAITING FOR IT TO HIT THE 90 DAYS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY AS YOU HAVE WITH THE OTHERS NOT RELEASED AS WELL?

I want nothing to do with toluna after two years of being active. Poor service, doesn't credit all points, low pay and always delayed payments. I have had enough of this.

Una volta raggiunta a fatica i circa 80000 punti ti bloccano l'account

Non posso mettere zero stelle, ma se lo meritano! Un anno e mezzo per raggiungere l'obiettivo di 100.000 punti (avete capito bene, centomila!)per ricevere finalmente la card da 25€, e quando sono arrivata a 87.000 mi sospendono il profilo. Andate a ca@are, piattaforma inutile, siete un'enorme perdita di tempo! Ah, per ricevere i punti ci mettono UN MESE! Preferisco Lifpoint e Nielsen, di gran lunga i migliori.

Firstly, why do I have to give 1 star? I've tried it over two days. It's designed to get surveys done without any 'payment' made to the 'completer'. i.e. after answering multiple questions and providing them with a lot of feedback - it suddenly decides I'm not a suitable person for the survey. It then aborts the survey and doesn't allocate me any 'credits. They're a complete shower of sh*t.
