I came to know about Madbid.com from newspaper article. Madbid.com is an indeed a virtual hub in this era of e-shopping where one can avail endless products at unimaginable prices. In the initial months ,I didn't won any of the product but I never stopped bidding. Gradually as the days passed I won the first product and the list continues . Hopefully this shopping experience with Madbid.com will go on & on. 'Keep bidding , keep winning.' :)

There is nothing negative to be said about MadBid so far after using it several months now. I would like to win auctions more often - everyone does - but this is nothing the business itself can do something about. In addition the support seems to be very friendly; i had a question about generell functions and got an instant reply with further explanations, so thumbs up!

I class madbid as a lottery site rather than an auction site because the winning is purely a luck and it is a legal scam i would say!! don't waste your valuable time and money

I have somehow joined Madbid on 18 April 2016 just blindly without knowing how it works. After paying $79.99 I was quite surprised to see many expensive items on auction and many biding were taken place. I started my bids on choose item and for about 3 hours. But, I realized this is not for me as I found it to be time waste and not working for me. I contacted Madbid support by email to ask for closing account and refund my money on the same day of joining Madbid. I received a reply back on 20th April saying they are sad to see me going out and asked me for any specific reason. I replied back that the only reason I want to clos emy account and get refund is due to the reason I am not interested on Madbid! I just had a go and realised it is not good for me.Madbid! After that my reply back I am still waiting (7th May'16) for reply or any kind of courtesy update even after I sent them chasing emails. Madbid is a SCAM, very bad way of earning money from people.

Credits expiring is ridiculous - a way to steal money from people. It forces you to bid for something even if you dont need it otherwise your credits will 'expire' and you will lose your money isnt it? RIDICULOUS!!! Just because I have bid but not won any auctions does not mean that I should be penalised and my money taken away. This is a scam!!!!!

Chipo, would you like some help with your expired credits? We'd happy extend them for you?

As an auction site, there is always the risk you could lose some money. But for someone who is having a second bite of the cherry, would say Madbid experience has been more ups than downs. Testimony to it are the consoles, tablets, slow cookers etc I have won at unbelievable prices. Remember the keyword, patience and a stroke of luck is all you need.
