The product "product key finder" did not work as advertised. It was able to show 2 windows product keys that can be easily found elsewhere. When I asked for a refund they gave me a runaround asking for screen shots etc. I provided what they asked for then they stopped responding. Don't waste your money!

Apparently this works for some hardware/software combos, but it did not succeed with my Dell Inspiron/Windows 10 problem. Support sent me a different version of the software when the first didn't work, but we can't get anywhere with it, either. I've tried four suggestions and am ready to give up. The last message I had from them was "can you remove bitlocker password?" Who do they think I am, Bill Gates? I hardly know what bitlocker is, for pity's sake.

They weren't clear on software versions for this, so my ipad (which is still old!) was too high of a version. They sent me a zip file, and when I clicked on it, my computer crashed. I had to take it in to a computer repair place, paid over $300 for them to reinstall windows. Then, iSumsoft has been refusing to refund me to make matters worse. They just keep saying "click on the zip file". DON'T CLICK ON THE ZIP FILE! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

It doesn't work and they don't honor the "Money Back Guarantee". I tried cancel it 2 minutes after I got it, and they refused to refund me

Not even worth one star ! Purchased software to repair iPhone with blank screen, connected to phone, downloaded update, stopped while updating & said couldn’t continue , try again ? Tried about 10 times with same result m, asked for a refund (as they offer 30 day refund if not happy) & they said no ! Guess it’s just another con ? Don’t buy unless you gave £18 to waste ☹️

Dear Kathleen, We’re sorry to hear that our software didn’t work for you. We apologize sincerely for this inconvenience. To repair an iPhone with a blank screen, please make sure you follow these steps. 1. Make sure iTunes is installed on your PC, but you don’t need to open iTunes. 2. Connect your iPhone with white screen to your PC and put it into recovery mode. 3. Open iSumsoft iLock Refixer and follow the on-screen steps. In case the repair fails, please try another USB cable or another computer. Anyway, if it does not work for you, please provide us with the specific details so that we can help you solve the problem in time. If we are unable to solve the problem, we will refund in strict accordance with the refund policy, or you can apply to the bank to cancel the transaction without the consent of the seller. Best regards!

Nah - this is crap - don’t even bother to download their garbage. It’s probably a software from China trying to steal information from your phone. Bye

SCAM!!!!! These programs are junk and DO NOT WORK. Support is a joke and they don't respond to e-mails asking for help and won't refund money for non working produckt

Hi, Please stop your malicious attacks and slanders. Have you ever used our software? Have you ever contacted our support team? Is a company and website that has existed for 10 years a joke? Can software programs that do not work be sold for 10 years? In fact, if we can’t solve the problem or refuse a refund, Shareit will force a refund without the seller’s consent. https://www.isumsoft.com/support/against-scam.html

Stay away this is a SCAM "Hasn't replied to negative reviews for the past 12 months." Just about sums this company up I purchased Outlook Password recovery software. Only to find that it does not work. After numerous emails asking for a solution have received replies with a max of four-word answers, none of which worked. Have sent another email asking for a refund and telling them exactly what I thought of them. To date have received no reply. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing this utter crap is DON'T. It was not that it was "too much trouble" everything I attempted as instructed did not work. This software in my opinion is just not fit for purpose and as for refund policy, well that is an absolute waste of time.

Dear Michael, We’re sorry to hear that our software and service didn’t satisfy you. We apologize sincerely for this inconvenience. We try our best to reply every email from our customers, but due to too many emails and time difference between countries, sometimes we reply a little later. Outlook file password recovery usually takes some time, depending on the complexity length of your password, computer performance, and software parameter settings. This is true no mater which software you use in the market. I have checked my email with you a few months ago. When I asked you to try each recovery type one by one, you think it too much trouble and then asked for a refund. But this is not in line with our refund policy. I’m sorry.
