They were very quick connecting with me. They tried several different ways to help me. In the end I found a work around that worked. The option to burn to cd/DVD didn't work for me on my windows 10 pc but it did work on a virtual windows xp machine even though it said the burn was a fail. I tested it and it was working fine.

My dad is a senior who is quite vulnerable got locked out of his iphone and no one would help including the store he bought the phone at. At first I couldn't get the program to see his phone, it turned out to be a cable issue not the software.
