Not what I expected
When i first got the matcha i was very happy to get a higher quality one. As the one i had before was very bland and bitter. When i smelled the matcha it had this sent kind of like grass mixed with something and when i made it into usucha, because thats what i got it for, it was very bland It didnt have much taste and it was very astringent and when made as koicha it was bitter. Overall i would not buy again, not for usucha or koicha and when used in a latte it was still very astringent and bland.
