Ispeed is a terrible platform. They reel you in with great promises of solid leads. Then they use a million rules to qualify for a refund. My business partner T. Mashkow started with this company while using my Discover card. We paid $9999 in advance for leads, and had to pause spend after spending $3200 because leads were trash. Unfortunately, the refund policy was terrible. We agreed to forfeit $3200 just based on our lack of understanding. Ispeed now refuses to give the remaining $6800 back. To top it off our account access has been shut off and customer service refuses to fix the problem after acknowledging a refund was agreed to within 3-5 days. That was 2 months ago. Buyer beware!

Extremeley Disappointed with Ispeed Leads I had a very frustrating experience with ISpeed Leads. I was provided with tow leads, but neither were remotlely motivated or responsive. I left messages and called multiple time, but recieved no response from either of the leads. To make matters worse, when i tried to contact Ispeed Leads to charge it to my original paymentmethod, I recieved a credit to get another leads which i explained i do not want a credit for another lead, I want my money back and be done with them. Left several messages with-in the last 3 days no response.

Save Your Money – iSpeedToLead Is All Hype Tried out iSpeedToLead and was extremely disappointed. Despite all the hype and flashy marketing, the leads I received were no better than leads from other, much cheaper sources. They claim to have some sort of “quality guarantee” — like offering refunds if the lead has already sold, isn’t interested, or isn’t a real seller — but they do not honor it. I submitted refund requests that met all their criteria, and they still refused in my case. What’s more concerning is how they inflate their online reputation. During their webinars, they offer $250 in credit to people who leave them a 5-star review on platforms like Google or Trustpilot. That’s not genuine feedback — that’s incentivized, biased promotion. It’s no wonder their reviews don’t match the actual service. I was really considering becoming a long-term user, but after this experience, I’m glad I tested it first. Avoid this platform unless you’re okay with wasting money for no reason. There are better, more transparent lead sources out there. And if iSpeedToLead tries to deny any of this, I have all the proof — and I’ll be posting a full video breakdown on my YouTube channel if it comes to that.

I made a significant investment in leads from iSpeedToLead after being drawn in by their assurances of quality and straightforward refund policies. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the promises. A large percentage of the leads I received had inaccurate or outdated information, including wrong addresses, disconnected numbers, and, in some cases, deceased individuals. This was not a matter of "effort" or "follow-up" on my part; it was a fundamental data quality issue. When I reached out to support (as the website instructed), the process became unnecessarily complicated. Despite providing all requested proof, including call recordings and extensive documentation, responses were slow, repetitive, and ultimately dismissive. The refund process, advertised as simple and customer-friendly, felt intentionally obstructive. Only after escalating did someone from their leadership team reach out, but the conversation was less about resolving the issue and more about deflecting blame back onto me as the customer. Ultimately, this experience left me feeling misled and undervalued. I would caution others to thoroughly vet their alternatives before committing any substantial spend with iSpeedToLead.

If you sign up within 24-48 hours of they provide you with a bonus money to buy leads with. In my case, $200. I set up my profile to auto buy leads based on a certain criteria and they sent me a lead that had already been listed on the MLS for 6 days. I attempted to get that money refunded and they stated that since it was complimentary funds, they can't refund it despite the lead not even being a TRUE lead due to it being already listed by a realtor on the MLS. If you are going to give free funds to use your service, let it actually be towards your service which is toward high quality leads. If bad leads do make it through to the end user, at the bare minimum, that money should be refunded weather the money is complimentary or not.

Despite opting out of this companies promotional material MULTIPLE times, they still continue to send me messages. Also their leads are often already contacted and OVERPRICED. GO ELSEWHERE

They sent me a lead for $213 I paid for it but tried over 10 times calling the property owner never answered when the went to his house his daughter told me he was dead over 2 years and tried to call I speed to lead again no one answered I sent 3 emails no answer this morning s a scam company I’m not recommending any real estate investor dealing with this scam company they will lose their money not worth even a try

Very bad quality leads. Most of the reviews here are fake - no doubt. I had 2K on my account balance but these greedy people didn't return my deposit, which was never used on their platform. Do not trust them. They suck. The leads suck. Customer service barely responds.
