Many real estate leads in my areas of interest, so many it's hard to keep up. I have a CRM but it's not needed with their software. If you do have a CRM a webhook is easy to use with Zapier for Podio and other CRMs. Support is very responsive. The reviews on texts are odd knowing the app has a notification tab you personalize and adjust. The only negative I've experienced is the enormous amount of text numbers it comes from and each time it changes (usually daily) needing to put the new number under the existing contact so I don't have tons of text from the company in different places.
