I bought a lead in Spring lake NC using the coupon club. I have a zap and webhook to send leads to my CRM. The lead didn’t answer on the first dial so I set up my drip campaign. Called a few days later and locked the deal up at 5k. Found a buyer a couple days later at 10k

Closed a deal for $10,000 with an iSpeed lead. It was a seller that had some equity, but not enough to sell the house traditionally. We had to self perform the subject to/seller finance hybrid to close it into a trust but at the end of the day, everyone is happy and I turned $50 into $10,000. iSpeed has a the most generous refund policy in the business and great customer service.
