They have a strong lead platform
They have a strong lead platform! It’s the only platform I’ve come across that offers quality leads at a great price while also providing powerful tools like the Deal Predictor score, detailed lead insights, and AI call summaries to help you make informed decisions before purchasing a lead. Add in the weekly live coaching calls, and you get both inspiration and ongoing support. The key to success with any lead source is persistent follow-up — and this platform gives you the tools to do it effectively.

Hi Kathryn, thank you so much for this thoughtful review — it really means a lot to us! You highlighted exactly what sets us apart — it's not just the leads, it's the whole ecosystem around them. The Deal Predictor score, AI call summaries, detailed lead insights, and weekly coaching calls are all there for one reason: to give you every advantage before you even make your first call. We believe informed investors close more deals, and it's wonderful to hear that's showing up in your experience. Thank you for being part of the ISTL community — we look forward to supporting your continued success! Warm regards, Sergio Support Team Lead, iSpeedToLead

I’ve been using iSpeedToLead for lead providers
I’ve been using iSpeedToLead for several years and they’ve been great to work with. I don’t have a large marketing budget, so I really appreciate that they focus on keeping leads affordable for smaller wholesale operations while still delivering quality. Their customer service has always been excellent. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly. I’ve tried other lead providers, but none compare. I highly recommend iSpeedToLead for anyone looking to close profitable deals. Their training classes also help anyone that is looking to improve their skills. Just today I was given a link for additional community support.

IspeedToLead using Olympic scoring is a…
IspeedToLead using Olympic scoring is a 10/10, some people complain about their services but I think it’s a reflection of their need to develop their sales skills. I have been wholesaling for 5 years and starting using IspeedtoLead in 2023. IspeedtoLead has reduced our marketing time and increased our number of closes per month. We generally close 2 deals per month from ISpeed. I purchase leads via the coupon club. I generally purchase 10 to 12 leads per week. Small investment when considering our average close if valued at $12,000.
Response from iSpeedToLead.com & DealSpeed.coFeb 23, 2026
Hi Craig, Thanks for the awesome review — really appreciate it. Love hearing Olympic Scoring has been a 10/10 for you and that iSpeedToLead has helped cut down your marketing time while increasing closes. Closing around 2 deals a month from iSpeed and doing 10–12 Coupon Club leads a week is huge — especially with numbers like that. Congrats on the momentum. If you ever want help fine-tuning your filters, lead types, or follow-up to keep scaling, just reach out anytime. Warm regards, -Sergio Support Team Lead, iSpeedToLead

Excellent Support & Strong Buyer Experience
I’ve been working with iSpeedToLead for a while now, and the customer service has been excellent. The support team is proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping buyers succeed. Recently, we enabled Fixed Price Mode, and the onboarding support around optimizing it was very helpful. What stands out most is the communication — they follow up, check in, and are willing to fine-tune settings based on your buying criteria. In this business, having a platform that actually supports you makes a difference. So far, the experience has been smooth and professional, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them.

I can honestly say that ISTL provides…
I can honestly say that ISTL provides high-quality pay-per-lead (PPL) leads. The platform grades leads by probability of success and allows us to filter by state and property criteria that consistently perform best for our business. When we call property owners, they already understand why we’re reaching out, which makes conversations much easier from the start. Like any lead source, not every lead is a win, but the overall quality stands out. The lead notes are thorough and often include valuable details about the property and the seller’s motivation, which significantly improves our ability to secure contracts. By far the best PPL company I’ve used. If you’re part of the Coupon Club, getting leads for $29 is the best value in the market. They also provide training videos that help users get the most from the platform.

Hi CJ, Thank you for the detailed review and for trusting iSpeedToLead. We’re glad the PPL lead quality, success-probability grading, and filtering tools are helping you focus on what performs best—and that sellers already understand why you’re calling, making conversations easier from the start. We also appreciate the realistic note that not every lead is a win, while the overall quality stands out. And I’m happy the lead notes and training videos are helping you convert more consistently (and get strong value from the $29 Coupon Club leads). If you ever want help fine-tuning your filters or follow-up strategy, we’re here. Warm regards, - Sergio Support Team Lead, iSpeedToLead

The Best PPL
I’ve purchased leads from several different companies and have also tried text blasting. I can honestly say that ISTL provides the best pay-per-lead (PPL) leads I’ve ever used. When we call, sellers already understand why we’re reaching out, which makes conversations far more productive from the start. The lead details are thorough and often include valuable notes about the property and the seller’s motivation, which saves time and improves follow-up. By far the best PPL company I’ve worked with. If you’re in the Coupon Club, getting warm leads for $29 is hands down the best value on the market. They regularly host educational videos that help users get the most out of the platform.
