I have been a customer of Island Rose Flowers since 2002 and they have always been exceptional in both products and service. The staff over the years has changed but always friendly and helpful to assure you get the perfect order every time. Really professional and experienced in what they do. I will continue to be a valued customer for many years to come.

If there was a rating with a minus 5 stars that's what I would give this company. Ordered a hoodie in December was told it would take 7 to 10 business days to get it. It is now February still no hoodie. Got an email yesterday stating that they sent me the wrong item. I told they did not send me anything because I haven't received any thing. They told me that it was delivered but can't give me a date. Now they tell me they are going to resend my order and give me a refund. Ok, when? They can not or won't give me a date when all of this is to happen. Be very careful when ordering from this company. 2/16/20. Update: got a new email from this company. Still have not got my refund. They told me they sent my order any money to the manufacturer, so now I have to wait for the manufacturer to cancel the order and send my money back. The order was canceled a month ago. So tomorrow making a call to the Attorney General's Office and to the Fair Trade Commission. All the 5 star ratings must be posted by there own employees. Once again please use caution when ordering from this company.

Placed an order back in October. I have been contacting island rose since november. It took until December for them to tell me they lost my order. Was told they would refund my money. Yet if the lost my order how are they going to refund.

First time ordering from IR and I’m completely satisfied with the bouquet. The roses were lovely and the wrapping and praline so tasteful. My girlfriend melt...’omg so pretty’ she said. You got a new convert! Otto

Quality and costumer satisfaction is a great experienced!!! I ordered a red elegance (a box of flowers) for my wife on Mother's Day and she was so amazed for the top quality of the fresh flowers and received it on time. It really great experienced to deal with Island Rose. Highly recommended!!!

I've been ordering from Isandrose for more than 4 years and more than 50 orders, and all my orders were delivered on time and the roses were always fresh. There were only two problem when it said that the package was handed over to a neighbor, but couldn't be found there. As couriers are not always reliable, this can happen, but In both cases, Islandrose arranged a free new delivery, so I cannot complain at all.

Thank you very much for delivering the flower arrangement. Despite the difficulty presented to your delivery employee, the flowers arrived in a very timely manner. Very happily, the arrangement was presented to my father, and the card you correctly printed out, read aloud at the birthday party celebrating him in the hospital where he is a patient The flower arrangement was just as in the picture that I saw, chose, and then, ordered on line. It had been included in photos and videos taken during this memorable occasion, an 88th birthday celebration--and how it brightened his day! I believe the company logo and name has left a mark on those who saw the flowers arrangement and caught a glimpse of the Island Rose box. Thank you very much and more power to you, Island rose! I am a returning customer. from the U.S. . Anne B.
