I ordered a print and was super excited when it arrived! When I opened it I noticed that it was the wrong one. I reached out an emailed support for assistance and explained the situation, sending them photos as well. They immediately apologized and sent the correct one my way! They were very communicative with me and even gave me a tracking number for my new poster. I just got it the other day and it got here super fast! Very happy with this experience and very appreciative of the kind help :)
