I bought a window sticker from them for a nearly new car from 2025 with just over 7,000 miles on the clock. At first glance, everything looked fine. The disappointment came when I discovered that the information on their window sticker didn't match reality. It turned out the car didn't have any of the packages or equipment listed on the window sticker. They haven't responded to emails for days. I'm filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

I ordered an instant window sticker a week ago. It did not show up and no email was received regarding retrieving it. I sent a message through their system. The automated response stated they will respond in 1-2 business days. I continued to send messages throughout the following week trying to get my window sticker. Five messages sent over a weeks time and no response to any of them. A complete ghost town. Contacting credit card company to dispute the charge. Stay away from them.

When you put the vin number in, nothing happens. It's a bogus site.

Data sources for quality and reliability are not published. Supposedly it is some proprietary algo. When compared to the number of NHTSA complaints, as aggregated on carproblemzoo.com the quality and reliability numbers are radically different. The quality and data is often completely opposite of what the actual customer reported complaints show.

Sent me a replacement window sticker - with mathematical errors on the total!! Asked for a refund - no response. Granted only $9 but come on...

I used the service once…. It has been impossible to stop the monthly charge… they make it impossible to cancel so I will have to cancel my credit card.

Fake website - charges you and gives you the same information that you can get for free. First they will try to lure you showing there are some issues but when you actually pay for it - it is just for some random other cars
