This is by far the worst buying experience I’ve had in the world of collectibles. First, my pre-order wasn’t credited properly so I had to get their Customer Service team to reverse it, then their pre-order email confirmation led me the the WRONG version of the statue so I ended up buying an inferior version of the statue using my deposited funds. To top it all off, I couldn’t apply the rewards I’d earned previously, which makes them totally useless. It’s an F for Iron Studios. If you have to buy one of their items, buy it from another retailer or reseller. They are TERRIBLE.

Aweful, DO NOT USE this company - they lost my order and refuse to refund me.

Poor communication caused lost deposit and no product. The emails sent are formatted like phishing attempts sending them straight to spam. If you don’t respond to it in a few days they keep your deposit and cancel your order. Good way for you to be out $100 and a good way for them to pocket your money.

If I could give them “0” stars I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I preordered a DOOM statue over a year ago. Emailed them several times over that year for an update. All I got was “it’s not in the warehouse and we’ll notify you when it is”. When I expressed fierce disappointment and asked for a refund they told me “check your agreement”. Horrible. Fast forward to today - I find out from Instagram posts that the statue was released. I emailed them and said I wasn’t notified so where do I get it. I’m told it’s sold out. Wtf?! So they use preorder $ to make it and “hold your place” to get it but if you’re not notified - too bad? Nah. That’s a scumbag business model. Their “resolution” was: “sorry it’s sold out but there’s a premium statue we can apply your money towards as a credit”. Wow. Just wow. Absolutely never doing business with this company and none of my friends that collect will either. Customer service is more important than the item to be honest. Complete disappointment and such a foul taste in my mouth from this experience. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

J'ai commandé des figurines qui étaient en stock il y a 1 mois, n'ayant aucune nouvelles de l'envoi je leur envoi un mail et là ils me disent que l'une des figurines n'est plus en stock, bah évidemment si vous les vendez à d'autres entre temps ??? Ils vont me rembourser sauf qu'entre temps l'euro à perdu de la valeur face au dollars et je vais donc perdre de l'argent sans avoir rien demandé, ne commandez jamais directement sur leur site passez par des revendeurs de votre pays.

Purchased a in stock statue on 2/12. After waiting patiently for shipping info for 2 week I reached out to ask when it will be shipped. They replied that it is now out of stock and they can refund the money. They said the refund will take 10 business days. So I guess if I didn’t reach out they were planning on keeping the funds. 10 business days to wait in a refund for something I purchased 2 weeks prior. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend and will not buy again. They item I purchased still shows instock on website so I’m assuming this is a common practice with them.

I’ve been trying to get them to cancel a preorder and they refuse. I’m not asking for a refund but they keep saying that there’s no obligation to complete the order… like it won’t charge the remaining amount… I swear it’s fraud. I’ve clearly asked them three times to cancel the order and this woman just keeps being more of a jerk. Do NOT buy from iron studios directly. At least on Sideshows website you can cancel an order.

Cuando Guillermo Del Toro ganó el Oscar por Pinocchio, él recomendó en un Twitter a Iron Studios que vendía la estatua de Pinocchio y Gepeto autografiada por el mismo Del Toro. Yo hice la pre-order pero nunca recibí la estatuilla. A los 15 días de haber ordenado y pagado, en la web aparecía que estaba en camino de ser entregada. Pasaron varios meses y no llegaba, cuando les reclamé dijeron que debido a la alta demanda aún estaba en el área de manufactura en Brasil, eso estuvieron repitiendo hasta que me cansé de reclamar, nunca me enviaron la orden. Son una burla, unos estafadores totales. Sin embargo en otras tiendas online aparecía la escultura diez veces más barata y con entrega en dos días, es decir que Iron Studios me robó descaradamente y con el apoyo de un ganador del Oscar. Qué vergüenza!
