Not what I expected. The positiong of the pegs is ergonomically lncorrect, forcing the need for the other hand to hold it in place while squeezing. Good idea, just needs a little design tweaking.

I really like everything about it. I just with there was a tension adjustment on it. I think that’s all that could be improved upon. This is the first product I’ve used that seems to keep everything working. You really have to concentrate on fingers with this. It’s really improved my finger strength. You really don’t know til you know!

Been using it for about 2 weeks now. Still to early to see or feel results. Because of arthritis in my hands I’m using it to see if it helps with restoring some of my grip that has been lost because of the arthritis. It’s a little awkward to hold but you can get used to it. Time will tell and I’m hoping for some good results.

Very nice product. You can feel it in your forearms, however the design when squeezing with your pinky finger is a bit awkward. If it was designed to where your pinky could cradle and have good contact. I find myself using the thumb index middle in ring finger and not using the pinky finger because of the design.

Product is not built very well and the resistance is not very strong so this product is not for me so i would like to return it for s refund

This thing improves your grip tremendously. I love that its compact & easy to use!

Cheaply made and broke shortly after arriving

The company itself is good. The order came quickly. One of the boxes was damaged, but that’s not on them. I was disappointed in the product itself. I thought it would be a better built and not all plastic. I bought two and honestly, I’m really not happy with the results. There’s not a lot of resistance or maybe I just have strong hands to begin with. Not seeing any real gains and muscle or vascularity in the forearms. I see that it’s worth for some people. Obviously it’s not one size fit tall. I’d be interested in a product that was a little sturdy or made and maybe offered adjustable tension so the isometrics could be adjusted for different strengths.
