Let me start with the ordering process it was easy and the website was also easy to navigate. When a company can give you a couple of hundred dollars off and a twelve month guarantee or your money back proves the company stands behind its product. Customer service during the ordering process was patient with all my questions. I just received my Pro today and will be using it tonight. I'm excited. As an African American woman who wears her hair natural in my 60's here I am hair thinning in the front. I will return to this review at the 3 month mark with an update.

So easy to use exciting to see result in once year

I had the less expensive model iRestor and loved it. I noticed hair growth after 5 months of use. I saved up for the level up helmet. It was easy to navigate the web site, and just as easy to order.

Haven't tried yet but the product arrived in timely manner, well packaged. Process to register was right on front, quick and easy.

I recommend this even to an older generation who could feel overwhelmed with a lot of technology.
