Easy to use and comfortable. I got an email asking me to review the device I bought and am happy to do so. Being as I got it about 2 weeks ago, I can’t say if it works. I probably couldn’t say if it works even if I got it a year ago as I am also using minoxidil. The minoxidil seems to be working-I have new hair growing. So I wouldn’t be able to tell if this device is growing hair as well. I bought this because a friend uses it and she is growing new hair. She isn’t using minoxidil. My Mom had a leg that hurt her all the time from a catheter or something and had a physical therapist that used a red light device on her leg. It took multiple sessions, but the red light device broke up the calcium deposits and I don’t know what else and my Mom’s leg doesn’t hurt any more. After that, I was totally sold me on this device. I put this on my head while I’m putting on makeup. It’s very comfortable and fits fine. The cord is pretty long and it has a nice timer. It isn’t heavy or anything. I just wish I were rich enough to have afforded the Elite model. I’m going to be paying this one off for 9 months as it is. 😂 I got the free gift of the shampoo, conditioner, vitamins, and the serum. I’ve tried the shampoo and conditioner and they smell good, but not really strong. My hair wasn’t any fuller then it is when I use my typical moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I haven’t tried the serum because I’m using Minoxidil in the evening and a micro needling stamper three mornings a week. Also, the serum’s very expensive and I might like it if I tried it.

I purchased the iRestore Pro device. I have not had it for very long and before purchasing, I was already taking steps to regrow my hair loss. What I will say is that this thing is so easy to use and you can use it while multi-tasking. I can do so many things at the same time I am doing my 25 minute treatment. I feel like I have less hair fall, smaller clumps of hair in the shower, and what feels and looks like healthier hair strands. I am looking forward to hitting the 6 month mark where progress should be markedly noticeable. You have to be motivated to progress your hair health for this to work...it only works if you use it regularly and diligently. Beyond that, the customer service top notch. They have been super attentive with post-purchase assistance. They are super easy to communicate, very friendly, and promptly tend to your needs and concerns. I am a very happy iRestore customer. I want to make clear that I purchased this device with my own money and I am not writing a review for anything in return.
