Order process is seamless. Was offered a pre-checkout discount to upgrade device which is attractive. I bit, and have no buyer's remorse so far. Shipping is immediate and secure. The Elite arrived professionally packaged and included the carry case. This is a report on buying experience and not the effectiveness of the therapy. The unit appears to be a medical grade device and is very comfortable. I will report back after several month of use.
