It was easy to order, but…
It was easy to order, but after almost a week the product still hadn’t shipped. It was only after I called yesterday, I got a text it was “ready to ship”. As I am writing this, it still hasn’t shipped to my knowledge. It has now been a week since my order was placed. Update: It has STILL not been shipped as of 06/26/25, according to the tracking information. IRestore tells me it has shipped, but the tracking says differently. This is getting annoying!!!!

IHIP discount?
After some confusion as to whether to honor a $650 discount for the irestore headset, management has given the "OK" to credit my CC for $350. That makes my total discount to equal $650. I am very surprised irestore did this and will gladly spread the word this organization is worthy of your business!

I’m not sure how to rate this product…
I’m not sure how to rate this product as I started the use of this product four days ago. What I do like is the ease of use and how the system lets me know 12 minutes has expired.

I purchased the product but when I checked another email it was available for an additional $100.00 off.
I purchased the product but when I looked at another email they had it available for another $100.00 off. I tried calling the company but it said I am not in their calling area, so don’t know what country or location they are in. I emailed them and they responded saying that was the promotion at that time but the other one with another $100.00 off was available also. So not too confident about this product.

I can't review the product because it…
I can't review the product because it hasn't arrived yet and won't for another 3 days. I suggest asking for reviews a month after a product is ordered. You will get far more useful feedback, and I'd be happy to provide my feedback at that point.

Does it actually work
Hi so all the reviews I read about is about the company , customer service , how comfortable the helmets are , didn’t or did get my delivery in time. My point is no one would care about all of this if the treatment actually worked !! You would put up with the worst customer service if it did . So I have been using the elite now for 7 months and not sure I think the shedding is less let’s see I’ll keep it up for a year and get back to you. To end this review has anyone had any positive news for me that it actually works? Please share it with us . Thx

I didn't like the fact that it…
I didn't like the fact that it defaulted to a whole bunch of other options and not just the helmet Appliance. If we wanted to buy the additional accessories that should be an option not something that we have to unclick while we're purchasing it online. Seems a little forced to me
