Ordering was super easy. I had been looking the LED mask over, studying & comparing it for several weeks prior. So I was pretty much assured that I wanted it. I was able to make payments, so that made everything even better. I just received the mask in the mail and have been using it daily since. So far I'm very happy w/it. I love the different settings & that it's on an automatic timer. The way it charges is really convenient & non bulky. Plus you can walk around and get things done if needed while doing a treatment!
