Amazing customer service & devices!!
Amazing customer service & devices!!! I purchased the iRestore hair device and the neck mask. The neck mask was malfunctioning and the company was so quick to respond and solve. Also their devices truly work. I can see the results and would HIGHLY recommend their quality products. Thank you !

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and clearly communicated. Can’t speak to how well it’ll work yet as I’ve only had it a week and it takes 6-12 months to see a change.

Upgraded from Pro to Elite
Upgraded from Pro to Elite. Great customer service helping out with the upgrade program. Love the new improved version with customizable pads and the carrying case. They also included a US to EU power outlet converter for free. This is a company that truly cares about it’s customers

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Seems to be good quality, easy to use. Using the face mask at least twice a week. Only have had it for a few months so time will tell!

Had a problem with the functioning of the elite laser, cap, and I was helped by customer support, with a return, and full replacement of a brand new unit, very happy with their service
