It took a few weeks for my package to arrive but the Christmas season might have been the cause of the delay. I have only used the helmet for a few days so it's way too early to talk about results. But the product is very well made and comfortable to use. My purchase included shampoo, conditioner, hair serum and vitamins. The device and charger are in a nicely made and sturdy "suitcase". I did extensive research before choosing IRestore and I am happy that I did. 12 minutes a day for as long as it takes. I will put in the work and hope for excellent results m.

There were some delays with getting my order out the door and comms were pretty lacking which caused me to post the following:"It's been two weeks since I ordered and paid for my iRestore Elite. I have not received my purchase or been given any ETA, but I've been sent several survey emails." Shortly after I posted that as a 1 star review, I got shipping confirmation and one of their CSRs reached out to me and apologized for the delays. They did something nice to accommodate me for the inconvenience. I've since received my order and am very happy. The iRestore Elite I received makes my existing Theradome unit look like a toy! It should as it was 5X more expensive. I did my first treatment today and I could actually feel the helmet stimulating my scalp. The Theradome actually made some improvement which is why I wanted to try a more advanced red light therapy model. Only time will tell if it's as good as it looks on paper, but so far, it's promising. I'm a happy customer now.

Need more explanation on difference beween plug-in and battery,

Did some research on red light therapy masks and iRESTORE caught my attention. It took a while to get but I hope it's gonna be worth it. I actually purchased it as a Christmas gift so that's why I only gave it a 4 Star at this time.

The tracking number to track your package should be provided in the email or order status. It's extremely frustrating to connect and provide your accounts to yet another app/ company just to track one package. You can't even manually add the tracking number to the app because it wasn't provided. So it's either give access to your emails to another company or you can't track your package. Follow up: The package was never shipped, therefore never got a tracking number. But then I suppose I shouldn't have gotten an email the was shipped...

Quality seems good . On my head it is a bit loose but fits my husband head perfectly . It doesn’t come far enough down the back to get all of your hairline which is disappointing. Have t had it long enough to see if it helps or not but we both are using it and will be documenting each month

They do have a good customer service

Quick delivery and prompt customer service. Don't appreciate the high Custom Duty notice after the purchase (rather to know that before putting the order).
