I've only had the laser cap a few days…
I've only had the laser cap a few days so I can't speak to the effectiveness yet. I will say the customer service has been very good. They answered my questions right away and reached out to see if I needed an adjustment on the fit. So far so good.

The best company ever
By far, IRestore has the best customer service. I spoke with a human (Not AI Assistant) and my issue was dealt with the same day. I called a 2nd time, spoke with a human right away and recieved excellent instructions that resolved my issue. I will always purchase any LED intrument that I need from IRestore. I give 10/5 points - far exceeded my expectations. Too bad that I can only provide 5 points.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have to say, I don't think I have ever had such good customer service from any company before this one. I had a problem with my eye, restore helmet, I emailed the company, they immediately assigned me a representative who was with me every step of the way, kept me updated, send me a new helmet to replace the one that was not working properly, and again kept me updated the entire time. I restore has the best customer service I have ever encountered.!!!
