I purchased the mask because of my positive experience with the Elite helmet I purchased 2 years ago. Also the customer service & overall attention during the process. I believe the technology & process works or I would not have returned for another product. I trust IRestore as a company.

After ordering I had a question and I received a lot of help from Tene on your chat. I received all the free gifts I was hoping to get. I received everything yesterday so I haven't tried the Elite yet but will do so today or tomorrow. As an older woman, I was glad to receive such respect when communicating with vendors. My only "maybe regret" is that I didn't get the battery operated version but I am sure the plug in one will work just fine.

I received everything that was purchased. It was quick and easy and the bundling helped me to make a decision to buy.

It was super easy to order... and it fits like a charm... super easy with only 12 minutes per day. The storage container is absolutely fantastic. The only things I wasn't to pleased with was loads of extras added into my cart that I didn't see... but it got here (nz) way way quicker than.i thought it would... so far so good... only been using it 4 days so don't know if it works yet... but this is my second laser cap so I know the technology works. That was also backed up by my doctor. It was Trina from "beauty beyond 40" that changed my mind as id already decided on a different brand... her video taught me this has more than the other brand.

So far so good. I just received my product last week so there hasn’t been enough use to determine effectiveness….but the product is well made and the customer service has been exceptional!
