I purchased this with super excitement. After I placed the order, the delevery period of 7 days totally disappointed me, but it took morethan 10days for me to get it. I don't know anything about this product. I may update product related review later.

Very slow UPS ground shipping, 7-10 business days

I am still within the first week of usage of the device so I am unable to give any constructive feedback. What I can say is that product was delivered within schedule and the benefits and testimonials by other users look promising.

Your website mentioned that I would be receiving my product at a certain date in December (can't recall right now). This was purchased to hopefully make it by Christmas, which it didn't. Your website should at least say something about that. Second, my product did not arrive on the date you all specified. The tracking number was still showing waiting for product. I had to call in to ask your customer rep to notify the shipping crew about my product. Within a 2 days, the tracking actually showed a real timeline.

I just got the device, so I'm not sure how it will eventually work. However, I am totally disgusted by the fact that this expensive device does not include a battery! You can get one, of course, but only if you are willing to shell out even more money after the couple of thousand dollars you already spent. It is unconscionable that the company wants to nickel and dime you after spending this much money on their product. Their excuse?--Not everyone wants a battery--they would rather be plugged in. Where is their proof of this? Do they really think more people would rather be tethered to one spot rather than being able to move around freely. How much more convenient it would be to be able to move around and do a chore while wearing the device. It would also mean that you are more likely to consistently use the device. But maybe they don't really care about that after they got your money.

I'm happy with my order. The company gave me a great deal, and everything was explained to me promptly. They took all my comments into consideration, and I really felt heard and respected. In addition, they provided a commercial gesture that was handled with true professionalism and kindness. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. Thank you very much.

I still have not received the product. I have been contacted by the company to apologize and offer some credit on my order. I look forward to receiving my mask and start using it. I did appreciate them reaching out to discuss.

Hard to sign up for warranty. You promise it as a great thing, why not just make it automatic to begin one month after the shipping date? Please do not respond to this email, I've received MANY from you since I ordered this.
