It's a great product, waiting to see the results
So far it's good, fast delivery. Love the extra gifts that came with it. The registration for warranty was a bit confusing and I had to find specific which was a little daunting but not really a big complain. Waiting to see the results.

Great product but overpriced
Great product. The elite is only 12 min a day. 4 stars for value. It’s 2 grand. Overpriced but it’s the best product out there.

Great products w/real results
I purchased 3 different products from irestore site. Other than products being really on the very expensive side in general my experiences were good. Ordering is easy, shipping is smooth, products are very good. Even my husbands bald head started to grow fuzzy hairs. I wish after being on the market long enough & establishing a name, their prices were a bit better. I live in 4 different states & depending on where i go i always carry the gadgets. If they were a bit less expensive, i would have bought separate sets for all my homes.

The product has arrived and was…
The product has arrived and was delivered on the date promised. It's packaged nicely. I purchased the package which included the elite 510 helmet, shampoo & conditioner, supplements, and an additional 3-year warranty. One challenge that I had was finding my order number. It is not listed on the packing slip, nor is located on the box it's shipped in... you need to refer back to your e-mail order to locate this, so don't delete it before registering for your extended warranty. Second challenge is getting off the radar of this company for reviews! I get far more than one follow up begging for a review each week and also receive text messages. So, I've finally given in and hope that the Jack Russell terror persistence will let up for my inbox and text messages. To me, it would seem more appropriate to follow up regarding my experience after the expected 3 - 6 month wait to see gains in my hair growth.

The buying process is easy but the web page a bit confusing on the price information. Having the option of having someone to contact for help is good.
