Cannot recommend…
I received my iRestore Elite in late December of 2024. It stopped working the first week of May 2025. I didn’t even use it a full five months. The supposed warranty is very complicated and costly. There is an 18% return fee PLUS you pay shipping. But first you must send them a video of you proving the device does not work. You must show yourself wearing the device and pressing buttons etc… after that you wait. They will not tell you how long you must wait for them to receive the video and approve the return then wait again while they test the product and then decide if you qualify for the return. No, I do not recommend this product simply because the company makes you just through hoops to possibly benefit from their “warranty”.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the iRESTORE Elite and our warranty process. We truly value your feedback and are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product does not meet expectations, especially within such a short period of use. Our warranty process-including the request for a demonstration video-is designed to help us quickly diagnose and resolve issues, but we recognize that this can feel inconvenient. The 18% return fee and shipping costs apply to our money-back guarantee, while warranty repairs or replacements for defective devices are handled differently. Your comments about the clarity and timeline of the process are important to us. We are always striving to improve our service, and your feedback will help us make our procedures more transparent and user-friendly. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
