Took my order and my money and three…
Took my order and my money and three days later emailed saying they couldn’t ship to a PO Box address. Pathetic!!

Product never arrived
Product never arrived. Team passed the buck to various issues and blamed their carrier. $2500 device and they use a Cteir shipper in USPS to ship their devices.

Beware before purchase
I purchased the irestore helmet in Nov 2024. It is May 2025 and this thing is not working right. The only resolution is to spend your own time and money getting packaging together and printing out a shipping label to return your device for testing. THEN they will decide if you deserve a new device. I paid A LOT of money for this device and expected great service if something went wrong. Nope! We're back in 1999 with irestore. They don't even have a warranty policy on their site. They just make it up as they go along. First, I don't think this thing even works. After 6 months of continuous use, I see no progress. Second, the warranty is bananas.

Is this company a scam??????
I recently purchased a very expensive item but have not received a receipt or invoice. I emailed the company...no response. I messaged the company on Instagram...no response. This is probably one of the worst buying experiences l have had...and l paid over $1000 AUD.....is this company a scam?

Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with iRestor Professional
I used the iRestore Professional helmet consistently for a full year and saw *zero* improvement in hair growth. I followed the instructions exactly, but the results just weren’t there. The return process has been even worse. I've now sent six emails trying to get a refund, and they are deliberately dragging it out. First, they try to stall by offering alternative promotions. Then they request the serial number. Then you have to follow up multiple times just to get a return label—which I still haven’t received. For a product marketed as “risk-free,” this has been anything but. Stay away and save your money and time.

No help after 6 months of consistent use
After six months of daily use, my hair has gotten worse not better. This product was very disappointing and now they have changed there guarantee to include an 18% charge for returning their item. That was not mentioned when I originally review their 12 month money back guarantee. Pretty disappointing over all.
