iRestore ignores refund requests under their “12-month guarantee” — zero customer service
I purchased an iRestore Elite device in January 2025. After using the product for nine months and deciding it wasn’t effective, I followed their own return policy instructions to request an RMA number as required. That was over three weeks ago, and I have sent multiple polite follow-ups with no RMA provided to date. For a company selling high-priced medical-adjacent devices, this kind of unresponsiveness and policy evasion is unacceptable. A guarantee means nothing if the company simply ignores customers trying to use it. iRestore (Freedom Laser Therapy Inc.) advertises a 12-month guarantee and an RMA process but fails to honor it in practice. Their BBB profile already shows an F rating and numerous similar complaints about unreturned emails and unprocessed refunds — my experience matches those exactly. I’m now forced to escalate through the BBB and my credit card issuer just to get the refund they promise on their own website. Buyers beware: unless iRestore responds and resolves this, the “12-month guarantee” is worthless marketing.
