I read 25 reviews and one mentioned how the cap worked. Everything was about how the customer service was good. The shipping was good. It would be greatly appreciated. If people put up reviews about how the product actually worked for them. I don’t think anybody really cares about how the shipping went or how the quality of the hell is people would like to know what the cap does for them.

Poor information,- Delivery and unhelpful customer service,misleading fine prints Cost me as $500 for clearance. It is good for the company to say that it depends on your country and service but it is important to take responsibility and put some figures on line. People might still buy after knowing the total cost. But hidden costs and unfairness of the situation is unacceptable. Again if you do not want to pay the clearance you pay for service and handling of your choose the return the product. I couldn’t give behave stars, hence one

As of Today, August 22nd, 2026,,,,, i Still have not Received a Refund Since the DHL Courrier company has decided to Return the Elite plus Shampoo and Hairgroth Combo. I am lead to believe that ANY guarantee or warranty portion of this product is a Scam. No Update, no Assistance, no Request for additional info., no confirmation of proof of purchase, no traceable info, no request for Refund destination info. and no responsible Agent File number.

**Worst Customer Service Experience** This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. First, their return policy states that returns are accepted, but it does **not clearly disclose a 25% restocking fee**. I only learned about this fee after contacting customer service. Even more frustrating, I called **less than an hour after placing my order** to cancel it. I was told that I would be charged a **10% cancellation fee**, and despite contacting them so quickly, they said they could not cancel the order. A company should make its fees and cancellation policies clear before customers place an order. Charging a significant fee to cancel an order less than an hour after it was placed, while also saying the order cannot be canceled, is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would **not recommend IreStore**. The customer service and transparency regarding their fees need significant improvement.

Misleading pricing & hidden costs Very disappointed with iRESTORE. As an Australian customer, it was not clearly disclosed at checkout that the price was in USD. I only discovered this after placing my order. On top of the currency conversion and bank fees, I was hit with around AUD $420 in customs clearance/import charges. The actual cost was therefore significantly higher than expected. When I contacted customer support, I was told that if I didn’t pay the clearance charges, the order would be returned and I would have to pay the return postage and clearance fees. iRESTORE acknowledged that the USD pricing “was not made clearer on our website.” This should have been transparent before payment, including potential import costs for Australian customers.

Probably too soon but no visible difference yet.

I purchased the helmet professional and paid for the return refund guarantee. My results were poor, in fact I lost hair. I contacted them for the return and their promised email on how to return it was never received. I called again and was told to send another email as I had to deal with the first person I spoke to. I called again and was told I should keep the helmet and they'd send me $200. I said I wanted the full refund promised. I never received an email. Then I was told they have problems delivering to a "live.com" email and asked for a gmail address. I gave them my gmail address - again no email received. They changed their refund policy for items purchases after June 2. I bought mine in January! I never saw the "restocking fee" on my original order and now they have a 25% restocking fee. I had to call a third time and was given the same story that they'd send me the return information - NONE RECEIVED!! They are untrustworthy!!!!
