Avoid....
I ordered iRestore hair growth on 2nd December, and it was supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. However, after 13 days, there is still no news. Whenever you chat with these people, the answer is that they are working very hard due to Black Friday, etc. Everyone knows black friday rush, why are you making excuses for Black Friday? I don't care that you are working very hard, but it is of no use to me. Avoid these stores.

Never receive the order within the 3-7…
Never receive the order within the 3-7 days noted on the website. Emailed customer service 3 times asking if the order has been shipped, no reply. Second email stating if not shipped cancel my order. No reply. Finally received the standard ‘your order has shipped’ go to Shop platform to track. No tracking information available on Shop. Third email requesting cancellation and confirmation of cancellation,no reply. Went to Affirm to state I requested seller to cancel my order due to non delivery and zero replies to my three emails. I should have purchased through Amazon during Black Friday with2 day delivery and would have been using the device since Black Friday. It’s now December 14. Very poor customer service especially for the $2000 plus I paid for the devise. I’m now looking at competitors devices.

I ordered on black Friday and emailed 2 times. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I’ll report this as fraud to my bank

Have patience
1) over two weeks and my device has not shipped 2) getting emails from the company as if the device arrived and I am "on way" to the journey 3) being asked for a review when the device has not arrived. 4) being forced to install the Shop app just to get an update on the shipping status is the cherry on top of a bad experience
