One star is sadly the minimum, which I feel is generous. A warning to anyone thinking of ordering from this company. They screwed up their paperwork when sending me an item (a ~$1,000 Christmas gift for my wife) meaning the shipping company called asking me for just over $30,000 USD in fees for delivery (yes you read that number right and yes it was a legitimate call). It took me over a week, with multiple calls and messages to Restore to get them to do something about it, meaning the item arrived well after the 25th, for no good reason. They made no attempt to offer me anything as compensation for this. Avoid them at all costs.

Very strange business practices.

Seems like the company spends more effort on marketing than business operations. After waiting more than a week after ordering, there was no update on the status nor shipping ETA. When attempting to cancel the order they wanted to charge a 10% restocking fee for a product never delivered or shipped. Adding to the frustration was the almost daily marketing emails trying to upsell other products. Also their entire customer support seems to be AI agents instead of people.

I ordered the iRestore Professional Laser Hair Treatment Helmet exactly a week ago, and while I was excited to try it out, the experience has been frustrating from the start. I received no shipping updates, so I decided to reach out to their customer service on Saturday to see what was going on. After waiting a while for a response, it took almost an hour for them to “look into my order,” which honestly didn’t provide any real answers. Their response was basically a copy-paste message about shipping delays due to high order volumes and carrier issues, which would’ve been fine if they’d just given me an actual timeline. Instead, they told me my order was "already in process" and that I’d get a tracking email once it shipped... still waiting on that email, by the way. I get that supply chain problems happen, but the lack of communication is what really gets me. It's one thing to face delays, but it’s another to be left in the dark with no updates or clarity. Customer service could definitely use some work, as waiting a week without an update isn’t exactly the “fast and reliable” service I was expecting when I made the purchase. If you're planning to buy from iRestore, just be prepared for some serious patience because it looks like that might be the only thing growing while you wait!

I ordered something weeks back still haven’t gotten anything and have not heard back from you

What a complete scam this company is; they Took my money, including extra money for expedited delivery and when that date came and went, stated they haven't even shipped the items yet because of the holidays (Like they were a surprise this year) and refused to refund money. Stay very far away from this scam company!!! EDIT TO REPLY TO COMPANY yes I reached out to customer service immediately and they just wanted to delay so that they could keep my money. DO. NOT TRUST.

Over 3 weeks from the date that I ordered it and it still hasn’t even shipped

I purchased hair and face mask and the website shows guaranteed shipping with in 7 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order and was charged immediately on my card. Still waiting to get my products.
