I'm a student who uses i-Ready for school, and i can assure you, this cursed platform has very terrible quality and terrible aspects that almost made me have a mental breakdown (i'n fine now.) If any school admins see this, NEVER EVER MAKE STUDENTS USE THIS CURSED PLATFORM JUST SO YOU CAN SHOW GOOD RESULTS AND FLEX IT.

From 4th to 7th grade, I did i-Readys. They made my life a living hell. As someone who has ADD, this is the slowest, most torturous way to teach ANYTHING. I truly hated doing i-Readys. I would have to stay up late at night to do them because of how inconceivably long they are. Also, it just wasn't interesting. I could not tell you a single thing I learned on i-Ready, because waiting for a narrator to say the entire 10-sentence word problem and then clicking A SINGLE BUTTON for 5% progress on a lesson that's just the same idea in different words over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over is a terrible way to learn. If you wanna teach kids math or english, great! However, only sadists would make people do this, and only masochists enjoy it. there was a narrator with a voice that sounded like Samuel L. Jackson I did like that part

I have to use this app and it destroyed me I used to loveeee math but now I'm struggling in math on a 3rd grade level on Iready it's kinda also my 4th grade teacher fault since he was touchy with the girls but my school hasn't taken it out yet i would give it 0 stars but the app won't let me plus I'm pretty sure it uses AI to grade and some of the answers are more wrong than a 1st grader doing 12th grade math plus some of us don't get headphones so I cant hear the lesson so when it's the quiz I fail and have to restart plus it's all yap no feedback nothing it's boring but its called "Fun" and I started this at 4th grade so last year too be honest this is worse than zearn and I did not like some of the stuff on zearn

Just hella boring the lessons take forever to finish and to do like 2 lessons takes almost 2 hours😐 y'all need to make a better app or sum cause man I hate this app so much its mad annoying dhmz

TERRIBLE!!! I HATE IT AND HAVE NOT LEARNED ANYTHING! THE REQUIRED i-Ready MINUTES ARE TORTURE! I SWEAR THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST WEBSITES ON THE INTERNENT!

Dude you cant be serious the thing is boring and my teachers gave me a 25% for doing partial even when i did it (i only did one bc one was required)

I’ve been doing I-ready for about let’s say since second or third grade I don’t quite remember but it was around that time now I’m in middle school and I realise how time consuming this was, this wasn’t engaging nothing to stimulate me into at least doing work literally NOTHING. I’m talking about my current year of primary, I’ve noticed that first years on I ready when I was 6-8 it was engaging because of that little orange girl thing and the green floating boy can’t forget the blue thing. It was good because at least there were scenes and all with those characters doing something it was okay I guess but then it seems like for me maybe. So when I entered 5th grade it became more minimalist, those random characters were rarely seen. Since there are levels in I-ready it depends for your whole setup it seems that they think If you are for example I was in level E which I believe was 5th grade level perfectly fine for my age it became boring as heck and the others a small majority who were back in Level C or below had characters and all, but since we were older we viewed those character scenes and all boring and uncool. NO ENGAGEMENT. I’m in primary it’s gotten WORSE. Now, back in well normal I-ready you could change wallpaper and all and for the diagnostic. Instead of those brain breaks with actual engaging games, it’s just 45 seconds of deep breathing or skip and keep going to the diagnostic. The 45 seconds get cut off on 43 seconds btw, only for me maybe, that is all. I rather have my mom teach me how to make tea on repeat for 42 hours on end in a white room. Thanks.
