IQTest.com is NOT one of the unscrupulous websites that are fraudulently charging people. You have been charged by another website. Many websites have "iqtest" in their names, but any additional letter, number, dash, underscore, or dot can make a difference. You can see who actually charged you by looking at your credit card statement. A charge from IQTest.com would appear as a charge from Autumn Group/IQTest.com. The easiest way to handle such charges is to call the number on the back of your credit card and explain that you did not authorize the charges. The bank can see who charged you and can give you a refund.

The IQ score is free. It will be emailed to you, and it will appear in your account immediately after you finish the test. No charge. There are some scam sites that are fraudulently charging users large amounts, but IQTest.com is not one of those. We offer the Complete Intelligence Profile for $19.95, but it is not required to get your IQ score. To have your score email sent again, hover over "Contact us" in the header at IQTest.com until you see "Lost Score." Click on it and enter your email address. If you wish to login to your account, you can do so by selecting "My account" from the header of any page at IQTest.com. Enter your email address and the password emailed to you along with your free score. If you don't have your password, you can select "Lost your password?" and have it reset. Once logged into your account, you can view your free results, edit your account information, or purchase your Complete Intelligence Profile or the IQTuneUps if you wish. You are under no obligation to purchase anything.
