Ordered a $700 part over two weeks ago and still don’t have it. They promised they’d ship it 2 days ago and sent me a tracking number. I received a pen in a box with an IQelectro advantage card and no part!! The most unreliable and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with and my customer isn’t happy now either! Do NOT use this company for anything! I was very patient at first and now completely disappointed and so far have not received a refund or my part. Next step will be legal action. — Update - part was received a few days later. Still unacceptable. Poor communication. I just received an email asking to delete this review and they’re offering me a $50 gift card. No thanks.

This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional transactions I've ever been involved in. I've been lied to from the day I placed the order and continuing for 7 days, being told it would ship each day. A one day processing time with a product you have in stock with overnight shipping turns into 7 days and an attempt to extort more money on day 7 to get the item I already paid for. A pathetic excuse for a business. Save yourself a ton of aggravation and buy elsewhere.

Placed the order. It did not ship. I had to purchase an entire new control system from Granger to get my machine running. Then I called you all and asked to cancel the order. She said OK. Then the order shipped.Now I have a spare I will probably never use.

Requested next day air service but part was not even shipped for 8 days. I had requested cancellation of the order twice, once the same day ordered and again after a week. When I called after a week it was still not shipped but was promised that day. It was not shipped for two more days. I cost my customer production down time and I had to buy from another company. Still stuck with an extra part.

Via email I ask if the product is in stock for the price on the website. Yes it is and they can send it. So I order. Next the product is not in stock but 'it is available at their supplier' and they say it is nearly impossible to find the product worldwide. Now I can order it for $750,= extra! WTF, they will try to rob you. Don't order anything from these criminals!

I requested multiple updates and never received any answers. So finally after requesting status and responses multiple times I requested a cancellation and refund. Only after this did I get a response saying it shipped but now it is too late and my customer is upset and wants them cancelled.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Few days later, oops...we screwed up on the price and you owe us an additional $400. I pay the $400. A few days later, oops.. the original charge of $1950 has expired, please pay again. Paid the $1950. Finally get a tracking # saying item shipped. 5 days later, UPS still does not have package in their possession. The place is a joke!

This item still hasn't shipped to the best of my knowledge. I requested it shop overnight and I can't get a straight answer as to what the problem is.
