Spent $255 on a Honeywell part for hot water heater. Not only was our order delayed but we finally get a box with NO part and some stupid orange card with a QR code on it. Someone better respond to my call about this from this company! I am beyond ANGRY

Don't use this scammers, received damage parts and they don't won to replace or reimburse me due to usps damage .

Ordered part for 2 day delivery a week ago, never shipped, customer service with Sofia extremely difficult, can’t get any answers, unfriendly, unhelpful, unpleasant, still don’t have part, it was originally mistakenly sent ground, cannot get in touch with anyone in ownership or management. Finally got an email 8 days later saying part was broken, sorry, refund. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

0 stars!!! Online says in stock, packaged ready to ship. Was supposed to ship Tuesday, still waiting for it to ship on Friday. When you call the same customer service lady answers the phone and has to go talk to somebody, each time she tells you it will ship today or tomorrow. I threatened to cancel the order and now my shipment is prioritized and can be shipped today. I'll believe it when I see it. I would never buy from this company again, nothing but lies. Update, they gave me a tracking number saying it was shipped and they sent an empty box with a 5% discount card for the next purchase. It has been a week and a half since the overnight order was placed. Asked for a refund yesterday and they said I would see it in 24hrs., hasn't happened yet. They are complete liars and probably scammers.

First off for anyone thinking about ordering parts from this company DON'T! I should have read reviews of this company. I never would've ordered from them at all! We thought we were getting a pretty good deal on the part. So we wanted it over night to get our machine back up and running because the OEM didn't have any in stock. Well they didn't ship it out as asked. That was Friday. No show Monday. Emailed and was told sorry we will ship out today. No Show Tuesday. Emailed and was told shipping today. Tracking number to follow. Package shipped. Received today BUT all we received was a card for a 5% discount (Bull****). Called raising cane and was told part MIGHT SHIP OUT TODAY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Cancel order.

I placed an order for a part through IQElectro, only to be told afterward that the item was “no longer in stock.” Instead of honoring the order or offering a reasonable solution, they told me they could “get the item” but only by sending an “official offer” at a new price. That’s not how good business is done. If a product is listed and purchased at a set price, customers expect that order to be fulfilled — not turned into a bait-and-switch style quote.
