Uppdate: After emailing their support and canceling the subscription and threathening with taking the matter to ARN (since it is elegal to not make it clear that you are signing up for subscription). They have refunded me the money they charged 299kr. This happened the same day I Emailed them. I encurage everyone in my situation to do the same. After all the customer support worked suprisingly well but since Im not happy they still get one star. Good luck :-)

ACHTUNG ABBOFALLE!!!!! Man denkt, man macht einen kostenlosen IQ-Test, dann kommt ein Schritt, bei dem man denkt, "okay, um zu erfahren, wie ich abgeschnitten habe, investiere ich einmalig 1,99€. Aber wenn man das anklickt, ist man schon in einer 7-tägigen Testphase, die man in diesem Zeitraum kündigen muss, sonst kommen immer wieder 4 wöchige Verlängerungen für mtl. 29,99€!!!! Polnische Betrüger! Finger weg! Natürlich 0 Sterne!!!!!!

IQ Boosterの会社について、返金を要求したところ、paypayの支払いには、IQ Boosterと書かれているにも関わらず、MYIQの会社の支払いであると言い、返金を要求してもお金を返してくれません。4月13日のpaypayの取引履歴を見ると、MYIQからは、返金をして頂きました。IQ Boosterの性格診断は、gmailで送られ来たので、1度だけ、診断を行いましたが、その後は、1度も診断を受けていません。 この会社からのメールも診断後は、1度も無くメールが無く、支払いだけされていて、おかしいと思います。4月13日にメールで返金を要求すると、返信があり、代替メールアドレスは、あるかとか、支払い方法や、クレジットカードの下4桁の番号や、支払いを証明出来るスクリーンショットをメールで、送りました。 私は、これで返金出来るかと思いきや、このスクリーンショットは、MYIQの支払いだと書いてありました。おかしいです。 精神的に苦痛を強いられました。 慰謝料要求したいです。
