Comme beaucoup d’autres personnes l’ont signalé, il s’agit bien d’une arnaque. J’ai payé un test à 0,50 € et, quelques jours plus tard, j’ai découvert un prélèvement de 49,70 € sans aucune justification. Je n’ai évidemment reçu aucun mail de confirmation d’abonnement. J’ai donc contesté ce débit. Sachez que ce procédé est illégal en France : les conditions d’abonnement doivent être clairement indiquées et visibles pour les consommateurs, surtout lors d’un achat en ligne. De plus, nous disposons d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours après la souscription. Ne vous faites pas piéger !

My recent experience with this provider was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Although I intentionally purchased only the IQ test result, I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription as well as an additional paid report—none of which was presented to me in a transparent or clearly recognizable way. The checkout process feels unnecessarily complex and leaves too much room for unintentionally selecting add-on services. This creates a sense of being misled and significantly undermines trust in the offering. Communication regarding the booking confirmation and the supposed additional services was also not user-friendly and lacked clear structure. The only positive aspect was the prompt cancellation of the subscription after I reached out. However, there remains a substantial need for improvement in terms of transparency, fairness, and the overall customer journey. As a customer, I expect a clear and straightforward process—without hidden options or automatically renewing subscriptions. In its current form, I cannot recommend this service.

Total scam, and everyone else who has left a review has been through the same experience. Presents as a €0.50 one time charge for access to your results, and 24 hours later you are hit with a €50 subscription fee.

They did not have clear statement in the one time pay, they are just bunch of scammers who will made you pay subscription payment without your consent in a cheeky way and when you want to unsubscribe for the refund, it will delete your acct and wont response to your email. I lost 47$ from my debit card.

Abo-Falle! Für 0,50 € einen Test gekauft und plötzlich sollten 49,70 € abgebucht werden. Keine klare Info vor dem Kauf, absolut unseriös. Ich hoffe, dieses Geschäftsmodell wird gestoppt und andere Verbraucher geschützt. Ich rate jedem dringend ab.
