I transferred from the free version (which after many years was no longer to be supported) to Professional 12. I found the download and registration procedure relatively straightforward - I'm in my 70s and not hugely computer literate - and the new version just replaced the old one and worked immediately.

After almost thirty days, I was finally able to get the download and the program working. Attempts to contact customer service to get the length of my subscription extended have been futile. I've left messages and got no replies.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT. The download did not work. I called and left a message that nobody ever returned. Then I tried leaving a response on the board. That was never answered.

Not many FTP products on the market will handle some of IBM mainframe file structures (PDS), like Ipswitch WS_FTP.

I love the ability to use a tool that simplifies the moving of files to and from a mainframe environment. This tool also works very nicely with the midrange when you cannot just attach one of the disks to your system.
