The FTP connects but only reads all and…
The FTP connects but only reads all and every file on hmspress.ca as having 0 content, I cannot delete, upload or download any files to update the website. It used to work years ago but now on a secnd and third try it doesnot even accept my credentials or login information. Program is faulty and not useful to me anymore. Why does it not work. Getting to Support should be easier.
Getting to Support should be easier. For someone from overseas just offering the 0800 phone is difficult. By email would be easier. The interested could prepare a text in their language, translate to English and make themselves understood by the Support.
