Ease of use - comprehensive

The application works great, but I've had trouble with the program upgrading. I used the free version without issue, then I purchased it and it won't work. Gives me an error and I can't uninstall the original free version. I've been a web developer for over 20 years so I'm highly experienced with installing programs, etc. It's been so annoying that I'm considering finding another solution and taking the purchase of wsftp as a total loss, because I have to have something that works. I've done some research and this is not an isolated issue. There are work arounds posted, so far no luck, but a good product would not require work arounds. It's a shame because the product works great, just your purchase/upgrade functionality is flawed.
