We have been very happy with our IPFone system. We had multiple criteria for the system, and it has met all of them. We needed a phone system that would modernize our customers' calling experience and make it even easier for them. We were on an older landline system and could only have 1 call going at any time. We also needed to be able to text customers from our business number to communicate with them about services and purchases. While the interface could be more intuitive, everything has worked properly, and we can change the needed settings ourselves. We do have three different log-ins, one for phone calls and sms, one for system settings, and one for billing, which would be nice if they could combine.
